These peaks indicate the development of the crystallite structure. At low temperature (450 °C) some impurity peaks such as Bi 36 Fe 2 O 57 and Bi 3 Fe 4 O 9 were detected at 2 θ =29.39°, 25.69° and 34.12° respectively as shown in Fig. 1.
