WebFeb 7, 2024 · MSD states their boxes work best with a coil that has less than 1 ohm resistance on the primary side. My choices are either the Flame Thrower 2 or 3 or the MSD Blaster 2. I’m leaning toward the Pertronix 3 because of the .32 primary resistance to enable fast charging but have no experience with Pertronix products.
