Guy’s shimming isn’t the most technical way of fixing the problem. BB isn’t claiming that. An adjustable mount or a droop corrected mount is a better option but… if you want to work with what you have, shimming is an option. I am not going to shim a $500 scope but I sure will shim a $150 scope if I need to.
