This includes food, clothes, educational supplies, free healthcare, employment opportunities and environmental impact projects. WebbSharefest serves at-risk Latino and African American youth ages 11-18 from the Harbor Gateway and Wilmington areas of Los Angeles. This area of Los Angeles, has many challenges to overcome. Something not lacking is the spirit and hope that change is possible. Our hope comes from local youth in particular, as agents of change.
